A website redesign with a clear reason behind it.

If your website no longer explains the business well or makes getting in touch harder than it should be, start with the part that needs improving. We can discuss a focused change, a landing page or a wider redesign.

Find the point where a visitor gets stuck.

Look at the site as someone seeing your business for the first time. Can they tell what you offer, find the information they need and understand what happens after they contact you? A confusing page structure or unclear inquiry path is a concrete place to begin.

Our free website review is a focused first look at your public site and the goal you describe. Oliver or Larsen follows up about what stands out. It is not a full technical or analytics audit, and it does not commit you to a project.

Choose between an improvement and a rebuild.

A useful existing site may only need stronger service pages, clearer navigation or a better contact journey. A wider redesign may make sense when the structure, content and presentation all need to change.

We look at the website, the tools and the access available before agreeing what can sensibly be improved. Compatibility matters: keeping an existing platform or integration depends on what it supports and what the project needs.

  • Keep useful content and real examples of the work.
  • Identify the pages customers need before they decide to get in touch.
  • Review the experience on a phone as well as a larger screen.
  • Trace the contact form through to the person who handles the request.
  • Agree whether the work fits the existing platform or needs a larger rebuild.

Make the inquiry journey part of the design.

A new look is only part of the decision. The wording of a contact invitation, the information a form asks for and the confirmation after sending all affect how easy the next step feels.

Our own website case study follows that journey from a visitor’s first interest to the project brief. It explains the change from asking someone to download a file to collecting their request directly. It is an example of our approach, not a promise of a particular increase in inquiries.

Plan the changeover before launch.

A redesign conversation should include the pages and links already in use, the content being kept, the tools connected to the site and who controls the domain and hosting. If URLs or platforms need to change, include that work explicitly in the scope.

Share the site address, what you would like to improve and any deadlines or platform restrictions. You can begin with the public website; private account access is a separate discussion when the agreed work requires it.

Know what you are agreeing to.

Price and timing depend on the pages, content, integrations and review stages. We agree the scope and cost before paid work begins, including the handover and any relevant hosting or software costs.

If you need ongoing maintenance or later content changes, we can scope that separately. A free review is a place to identify a useful next step, with no obligation to commission the redesign.

Tell us what you want your website to do.

Start with a free first look at your public website. Oliver or Larsen will follow up about your goal and a practical next step. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
