Your project brief

The project-brief tool lets you enter your name, phone number, email, business name, project stage and project objectives. Before you choose Send, these details remain in the website's page memory while the page remains loaded.

Choosing Send project brief submits your notes, phone number, reply email, selected service, business details and permission to respond. It creates a project inquiry and queues an acknowledgment with a copy of your brief, along with founder notifications. Oliver and Larsen are copied on project and resource emails and follow-ups. Your contact agreement allows us to respond by email or phone about your request; it does not subscribe you to optional updates. Sending transfers these details to the Sunset Solutions request system. Unsent review drafts remain in this browser tab for up to a day; successful submission clears the draft. Permission must be chosen again when returning to an unsent draft.

When you submit a project brief, website review, subscription or privacy request, this tab retains the submitted details, original permission and request reference across reloads while the save is unconfirmed. Retry sends that same request; it does not grant new permission. The recovery copy is cleared after confirmed acceptance or a definitive rejection of an attempt that was never uncertain. Otherwise, it remains for this tab's browser session. If browser storage is unavailable, the form warns you to keep the reference and leave the tab open.

Requests, reports and optional updates

Review requests include your name, phone number, email, public business URL, goal, optional friction and service interest. A connected review is limited to three public HTML pages, without logging in, rendering JavaScript, submitting forms or reading analytics. Processing can remain held until its required services are available.

Requested resources and project inquiries are separate from marketing. Optional updates require explicit consent and a separate confirmation. Unsubscribing stops optional mail; another resource or inquiry request cannot clear that stop. Topic changes replace the entire list.

Private report links expire after 30 days. Confirmation and privacy-verification links expire after 24 hours. Link expiry is an access limit, not a promise of data deletion. Private link tokens are held in page memory and sent in access requests, without analytics or query strings. Anyone with a report link can access it until expiry.

Opening a link makes no change. Verified privacy requests await manual review; no automatic export or deletion occurs.

The concierge keeps its access token in page memory. Chat sessions expire after 30 minutes; Clear chat requests removal of the session and cached messages. Separate submitted requests are unchanged. The guide cannot submit forms, send messages or book services on your behalf.

Before public activation: The existing request system uses PostgreSQL and n8n, with Google Workspace for requested email and private report storage, Resend for optional email, Telegram for founder notifications and a separately controlled model provider for bounded review analysis. Configured services can remain held; a saved request does not enable sending or paid analysis. The owners must confirm enabled processing, locations, retention, legal identity and final notice wording before release.

Enquiries and business communications

To complete: Confirm the contact channels we will use, the information received through them, why we use it, the service providers that receive it and how long correspondence is retained. Use the contact email above for an existing request.

Website delivery and technical information

To complete: Confirm the production hosting and security providers, the request or log information they process, the purposes, recipients and retention periods. Keeping unsent notes in page memory does not establish how the hosting service handles visits.

Cookies and similar technologies

Optional site measurement is off until you choose “Allow for this tab” in the footer. The choice and a random session identifier stay in this tab for up to 24 hours. Browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals keep this optional measurement off.

When allowed, our request system receives a fixed page category, offer, click or form-start event, an allowlisted campaign category and the random session identifier. These events contain no names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers or private request links. If you submit a request while measurement is on, its record includes the session identifier so we can compare those steps with acceptance and response status.

Our request system shows aggregate counts for the last 30 days. Older first-party event records are removed during the next collection or scheduled maintenance. Turning measurement off stops new optional events and discards the tab identifier; it does not withdraw an already submitted request.

When Google Analytics is enabled on this site and you allow measurement, we send public-page views and counts of accepted project or website-review requests. Google also collects basic session and engagement information. Our events use approved page paths, recognized search or assistant referrer origins and campaign categories. We do not send contact details, form answers, URL query strings, private links or request identifiers to Google Analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

Google Analytics cookies are configured with a 24-hour expiry, which can refresh during an allowed visit. The permission to collect remains limited to this tab for up to 24 hours. Turning measurement off stops new collection; existing cookies can remain until they expire or you clear them in your browser. Cookie expiry does not establish how long Google retains collected data.

Sharing, processing locations and retention

To complete: Identify the recipients of each category of information, where it is processed and how long it is kept, including any required recordkeeping.
